You will work with Senior Marketing Strategist and client teams across accounts to help drive results by assisting in the execution of marketing strategy, SEO implementation, email campaign design and execution, digital campaigns management, and managing lead generation campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the implementation of various marketing programs – website, SEO, content marketing, influencer marketing, campaigns.
  • Manage lead generation, conversion optimization and various digital campaigns across channels – email, WhatsApp, social media.
  • Work with the development team to create campaign landing pages and implement drip nurture email flows.
  • Work with Marketing Strategists and clients to review program performance and recommend tactics for lead generation on an ongoing basis to achieve and outperform goals.
  • Identify areas of optimization for website and landing pages to improve conversion rates conversion rates.
  • Create and manage quarterly and monthly content strategy calendar for each client in line with awareness, and conversion goals.
  • Develop and manage a multi-pronged digital and social media strategy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Quora and YouTube for audience growth, high engagements and driving website traffic. Create and manage social media and content calendars across multiple accounts.
  • Ensure all work is delivered on time and according to expectations with highest quality and attention to detail.
  • Create monthly program performance reports for each client.
  • Track and analyze performance of clients’ marketing programs including website, search engine positioning and ranking, lead generation, social media engagements, and conversions in Google Analytics and Hubspot.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the understanding of digital marketing concepts of audience engagement and conversions. Must have the experience of executing a variety of marketing programs – NOT limited to just PPC or paid campaigns.
  • 3-4 years of experience executing various digital marketing activities (No PPC) across multiple channels.
  • Experience working with various digital marketing tools for Email marketing, SEO, Hubspot, Google Analytics, Social media.
  • Excellent client management skills – effectively manage client relations, communications and cross-functional team collaboration.
  • Extremely detailed oriented and strong organizational/project management skills.
  • Ability to understand data and translate data into actionable takeaways.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Advertising or marketing agency experience working with multiple clients is highly preferred.
  • Deadline oriented with a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams at once. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
