We are looking for a Senior WEB developer to lead development of websites, and integration with customer engagement technologies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build interactive websites and landing pages that provide an engaging experience to visitors and assist Marketing teams in achieving lead generation and web conversion goals.
- Create well-designed, responsive, and optimized websites mostly
on WordPress CMS. About 30% of website development projects will be on Hubspot, Shopify, and other platforms. - Integrate websites through API with various customer experience management, lead capture, and customer relationship management tools including but not limited to WhatsApp, Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Drift Also, create API integrations with custom systems and software.
- Migrate websites from staging environment to production environment on a variety of hosting platforms.
- Integrate website submissions with a variety of back-end systems using APIs.
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Good understanding of SEO principles and ensuring websites adhere to them for speed.
- Build websites using designs in Adobe XD and Figma. Create reusable objects and templates, wireframes for web pages.
- Manage maintenance, updates, expansions, and scaling of websites.
- Analyze and identify issues with existing client websites and implement best practices to optimize load time and other website performance parameters.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years of experience in WordPress multisite, microsites, and landing pages is a must. (Experience in Hubspot and other platforms – highly preferred).
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML, HTML5, APIs, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and PHP.
- Experience making websites live on Godaddy, AWS, and other hosting platforms.
- Experience working with Adobe XD and Figma for taking designs of websites, and landing pages.
- Strong experience in front-end development with demonstrated ability to create websites from scratch (without using themes).
- Experience integrating websites with backend databases and other tools using APIs.
- Strong understanding of site performance and reporting, and SEO principles.
- Champion of best practices in web programming, including conforming to the latest web standards as defined by the W3C.
- Extreme attention to detail and top quality of code.
- Strong oral and written communication skills as you will be interacting directly with clients and development teams in the US and Europe.
